Event Overview

The annual Calgary Motorcycle Toy Run will be held on Sunday September 18th, 2022 and attracts approximately 1000 motorcycle enthusiasts and invited guests alike throughout the entire day. This year's proceeds will be distributed to The Magic of Christmas and Cornerstone Youth Center.

The event format is a casual meet, with breakfast and refreshments served on arrival at 9:00 am, followed by a 12.00 pm “rev em up” start. Post Toy Run activities include drink stations, live band, full sit-down buffet style dinner, prizes, raffles, auctions, and lots of fun!

Sponsorship Opportunities

We offer 6 levels of sponsorship. The sooner you come on board, the more the benefit to you and your company.

January-March with paid commitment, we will bump you up 2 levels (eg. bronze to gold).
April-June with paid commitment, we will Bump you up 1 Level (eg. bronze to silver).
After July 1st, regular levels apply.

Diamond

Donation of $10,500.00 and up:

• Company logo on the event t-shirts and company banner near the stage at the end venue.
• Company logo on all event printed items.
• Ride with VIP's.
• Encouraged to have a company representative briefly address the audience.
• Responsible for a draw or 2.

Platinum

Donation of $5,000.00 - $10,499.00:

• Company logo on the event t-shirts and banner at the end venue.
• Ride with VIP's.
• Encouraged to have a company representative briefly address the audience.
• Company logo on all event printed items.
• Responsible for a draw or 2.

Gold

Donation of $2,500.00 - $4,999.00:

• Company logo on the Event t-shirts.
• Gold banner at the end venue.
• Ride with VIP's.

Silver

Donation of $1,500.00 - $2,499.00:

• Company logo on the event t-shirt.
• Silver banner at the end venue.

Bronze

Donation of $500.00 - $1,499.00:

• Named on the event t-shirt.
• Bronze banner at the end venue.

Honourable Mention

Donation up to $499.00:

• Named on a display board at the end venue.

If you require a charitable tax receipt and don’t require us to promote your company on our website or any other promotional items (banners, shirts) we can provide a charitable tax receipt for all donations over $ 20.00.
